What to expect from our typical service call:
- A courtesy call, usually about ½ hr before your scheduled appointment, and an on time arrival.
- A husband and wife team who work together on most jobs. We are bonded and insured, and have no employees - just us.
- A thorough walk-through and pre-inspection. We will ask you about areas of concern, and will point out trouble spots.
- We quote the final price before we begin - no surprises.
- No heavy pressure or up-selling. We are professional cleaners, not salespeople.
- We invite you to watch us work, and to ask questions.
- We will ask permission before opening doors (like closets) for cleaning.
- We are generous with our time (you’ve hired us so really it’s your time).
- We move some furniture pieces without extra charge, and treat your home and belongings as if they are our own.
- We protect your door jambs, furniture and corners with corner guards, and wear protective booties over our shoes so once clean the floor stays that way in the drying process.
- We use air movers as needed to accelerate the drying time.
- We will do a final walk through with you to make sure you are happy with our performance.
- We damp mop hard surfaces on our way out, removing any footprints we may have made in the course of our cleaning process.
- We provide you with a free bottle of spotter, booties if you need to walk on the surface before it is dry, and our thanks for your trust in us.
